Financial policy

Payment is due at the time services are provided. For families with dental insurance, we are happy to submit claims as a courtesy and gladly accept payments from most insurance companies. This helps reduce each family’s immediate out-of-pocket cost.

At the time of the visit, we will collect the estimated patient portion. Please keep in mind that this amount is only an estimate, as final coverage is determined by the insurance company after the claim is processed. If there is any remaining balance after insurance payment is received, the credit card on file will be charged for that amount.

For families without dental insurance, we are pleased to offer the following payment options:

• A 5% accounting courtesy when payment is made in full by cash or check
• Visa, Discover, or MasterCard
